How we document field impact
Each gallery story can include a short description, location, activity, program category, approval status, and field learning note. This makes the archive useful for partners, reports, social media, and community storytelling.
MEDIA SUBMISSION & CONSENT GUIDE
A practical guide for photos, captions, stories, and approved field assets.
This guide helps field teams, partners, and media contributors prepare clear, respectful, and useful media for The Food Coach Uganda’s public gallery and impact documentation.
What photos or videos should be submitted?
Submit clear, respectful, approved media showing food markets, kitchen gardens, school nutrition activities, coaching moments, family nutrition learning, community sessions, and partner-supported outreach work.
What caption details are required?
Each asset should include the activity name, location, date, program category, people/context shown, short story note, photographer or source, and whether the media is approved for website/public use.
Consent and child protection note
Only publish media that has appropriate consent, respects dignity and privacy, avoids sensitive situations, and follows child protection principles where learners or children are visible.
Recommended image size and quality
Use clear landscape or portrait photos where possible. A practical web-ready target is at least 1200px wide for cover images, with clean lighting and minimal blur.
Where should submitted media be categorized?
Assign every asset to one of the six gallery areas: Food & Markets, Kitchen Gardens, School Nutrition, Coaching, Family Nutrition, or Community Sessions.
